The School for Advanced Research (SAR) is pleased to announce that Southwest Seminars Native Culture Matters Lecture Series is dedicated to and honors the Indian Arts Research Center (IARC) at SAR. In this lecture, Dr. Gary Urton, Dumbarton Oaks Professor of Pre-Columbian Studies, Department of Anthropology, Harvard University will present Inka Khipu Project. He is the author of several books on Native and indigenous mythology and former MacArthur Fellow Recipient and Guggenheim Fellow. He is the founder of the Harvard University Khipu Database Project.
