Southwest Seminars, an educational non-profit organization that creates lecture series on topics in archaeology, history, Native American culture and issues, and art, has dedicated its Ancient Sites, Ancient Stories lecture series “to honor and acknowledge the scholars and scholarship of the School for Advanced Research.” The spring 2011 lectures, held at the Hotel Santa Fe at 6pm on Mondays, feature many SAR scholars and alumni, including Steve Lekson, Catherine Cameron, William Lipe, Karl Laumbach, David Grant Noble, Linda Cordell, and David Brugge.
